Realtor®s complete Certified Buyer Representative training

Associate, for Way Out West Realty® were recently certified by the
Real Estate Training Institute of Charlotte, North Carolina, as CBR®-Certified
Buyer Representatives. They are now trained in the professional representation
of real estate purchasers.
Buyer
Representation is rapidly changing the face of real estate. Propelled
by knowledgeable home purchasers, legislative action, and consumer watch
dog groups, real estate buyer representation has gained momentum in the
real estate market in recent years and is now available nationwide.

Buyer Representative is a cooperating agent who legally represents the
real estate buyer. They generally do so under an exclusive buyer representation
agreement, much like a traditional real estate broker represents the seller
under an exclusive right to sell listing agreements.

the buyer's own agent becomes responsible to the buyer, rather than the
